Step 1. Turn ON the printer and allow the printer to start the power-on sequence,
Step 2. Press and hold the green checkmark key until all three lights on the control panel are lit.
Step 3. When Select Language appears on the display, press the Down Arrow key until Cold Reset appears on the display.
Step 4. Press SELECT and the printer will perform a cold reset and continue its power-on sequence.
